no, the LG Voyager is just a standard cell phone on verizon. Its one of their feature phones it has mobile tv, "full html" web browsing, other than those its a standard phone u cant download from the net, save pics, or anything like that

Pandora is currently running on windows mobile devices, the iphone, blackberrys, and some basic at&t/sprint phones, not sure the LG voyager, iam running a quick search and post back.
