Please Help a noob out with htc home plugin

Ok, I see all these phones with the sweet big clock, weather, and all the other cool stuff on the home screen.

I picked up the phone yesturday, just put a bunch of themes on it, got those to work, but for the pas 3 hours I have been reading and trying to put the weather stuff on it and the big clock...anything!! I can't get it to work.

If you guys could give me a link to the correct home plugin and sorta give me some easy step by step instructions? I have the 6800 mogul.

I read the instructions but when it says put the plugin.cab file in your phone, where? And when I unzip it there isn't a plugin.cab file...? Im soo lost, sorry for the noob question, I have been workin on this for almost 4 hours now and haven't gotten anywhere!!! Thank you for any and all help !
