Program to start Bluetooth and Activesync
 

I am looking for an application that will start my Bluetooth radio (if off), run Activesync, tell Activesync to connect via Bluetooth, and preferrably turn off Bluetooth (I can live without the last part). This will be for my Spring Mogul (MW6) and Activesync 4.5. I have searched high and low for something and could not find anything that seems to work properly.
