Live TV other than Sprint TV???
Does anyone know of any live TV apps that work better than Sprint TV. I mean its great that they give us that app, but man does that stream suck the balls of a dead rhinoceros. I mean seriously, the You Tube app gives full screen, crisp clear video at what seems like 30+ fps... The Sprint TV app gives us a 1/4 screen blocky pixelated 15fps connection on the same connection... Id rather buffer for a 2 minutes before stream starts than have to watch that crap,....
So anyway, does anyone have any good apps?? Im looking to watch NFL on the road and just general TV... Thanks.. |

But how good down slingbox look.. I read that on the TP1 that the sling box only ran at like 15fps and it was grainy and pixelated... anyone have any videos showing slingbox on tp2?

Re: Live TV other than Sprint TV???
I like slingbox, but ORB is free. Its orb.com and you have to have a tv tuner connected to pc but other than that its really easy and simple to use

Re: Live TV other than Sprint TV???
Orb is free & it's OK if you don't have a SlingBox, but Sling is much the better alternative (I have used both extensively)
Sling is easier to setup & much more dependable (it ALWAYS works). Orb did things to me like hanging up requiring a reboot of the home computer. That didn't help much when I was 800 miles from home....... ~John |

Re: Live TV other than Sprint TV???
Has anyone tried SPB TV? http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/pocketpc-software/tv/
Seems to similar/the same as what's in SPB Online http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/pock...ftware/online/ I have no experience with either of these, but looks pretty straight forward. |
