app to delete texts before certain date?
 

i'm looking for a program that can delete all my texts before a certain date, sent and inbox... any ideas? maybe one that automatically purges on a schedule?

i tried that program, but with the amount of texts i had, i let it sit for like a half hour and it had frozen cause all the texts i had it delete were deleted, but i had to actually run it again, and let it finish (on a one day purge) just so i could turn the radio back on and it was functional. i dunno if i want to try it again cause after i soft reset my text messaging stopped working until i re-ran the program... kinda sucked cause i didn't think to run it again for like half the day lol

i had problems with this too but you just let it run for as long as it takes and eventually it will complete. it took me about 30 minutes to purge around 1500 texts but still easier and faster than manually doing it!

I had well over 25k texts on my phone from about 3 months of use... made my TP so slow. Didn't bother deleting them all, just flashed a new ROM.
