Custom Notification
 

Is it possible to create a new notification for a program that doesnt activate the system notifications? I have AIM and i am tryin to create a notification for it to be displayed when I have my Today Screen up and recieve a new IM. Any help is appreciated.

For this, I'd use a different IM app, like Octro or IM+ that has a today plugin.

i know but i dont want all hte overhang of those programs bc i only use AIM. I am just gonna have to bite the bullet and try to develope some type of notification to talk between the phone and AIM. My first shot at hacking the PPC ill let you know how it turns out
