Out of curiosity, better how? Besides being free...

Re: OneDialer

Alright, you caught me, just cause its free :) I did have an issue with the trial on the paid app, first call would work, but none after that. Issue may have been solved, but i went back to the free version. I admittedly didnt give it much of a chance.

Isn't this spam/self promotion?

Re: OneDialer

takes too long to load... and it leaves a trace file called dyntapidll on your device. Which freaked me out. I coudn't figure it out. Until I uninstalled your program and installed a different one. thats free and works way better... that is all

And, which one would that be? out of sheer curiousity, of course.

This one gVo its free. I think I got it here it works awesome. Only one glitch I can find if you don't delete voicemails from the gv website it gets caught up on the dial but as long as u do that it works great for sms and calls.

No, its relevant to the platform.

IMHO this is the best Google Voice app, available for Windows Mobile. Everything is well integrated into the application as you'd expect it to be.

The only issue is initial launch speed but function wise, it is very fast & as for someone who has tried alot of GV apps for windows mobile, IMHO this one takes the cake.

Regardless of its relevance to the platform, it is a company coming in and advertising their product for free. Last I checked, that's spam. Normally, companies pay for that privilege, it's called advertising costs.

From PPCGeeks rules:
Quote:

9. Spam

Do not post any spam in any of the forums. If a thread or post is labeled as spam, you will be banned from the site. Also do not advertise your business here; this is a site about sharing not about making money off the community. You are allowed to sell devices in the market place, PPCGeeks nor the staff will be held liable for any transactions.

From PPCGeeks rules:

It is shareware, also there is a free/earlier version of the app.

You're probably be right but again, given its relevance & it's posted in the correct place, I highly doubt he'll get punished for this.

Now if he was selling a ShamWoW...:p I'd think differently.

Just my 2 cent.

Re: OneDialer

I think the earlier totally free version should also be posted on that site then.

So as long as it's related to PPC software, spam is okay?

Not sure I agree...
