I have had no problems with this..it's a really sweet app, and just made my "must have" list for installs. I like how if you do a site search and type in something that has mutliple episodes like Family Guy a whole folder comes up..pretty sweet

I'm having the exact same problem as you my friend. Very choppy and two short cuts on my Mogul. So who wants to be the hero and find a fix?

It sorta sucks that Mogul users are stuck with poor DirectDraw performance when it seems to work fine on the PPC6700. I hope there's a fix for this in the future.

Sweet program, I went to Vtap with my Treo 700wx and it said "Browser not supported" I'm using PIE with WM5?? Why is it not supported, is there anyone that can host the .cab or .exe whatever the installer is? I'd love to use this program with YouTube.

EDIT: NM, I just went back to the first page and see to click on "All Devices" all is well :) Great little program! Now I can easily see the youtube videos that are "Must see" by friends wherever I am... Very cool little prog, and I like the Wiki search too incase I need info on the quick.

hi everyone, i am extremely new in the PPC scene.
can anyone please explain to me how to install this? i downloaded it and it's in winzip format. i threw it in my SD card and unzipped it but there is no executable file to run or install this program?
please help me :)

also, do i have to install anything else? or is this a standalone program that will stream videos for me? thanks again.

You can do one of two things:

1. Download the zip file to your pc...unpack it. Inside the zip will be cab. Use activesync to put the cab file onto your ppc. Navigate to the cab on your ppc and tap on it to run.

2. Use something like TotalCommander on your ppc to open/unpack the zip file. Again, a cab file will be unpacked...tap on it... and you're good to go.

ohhh i see cozboogie. what i was doing wrong was that i was unzipping it on my computer then i dragged all the extracted files into my mogul. instead, i unzipped it on my mogul and it installed the .cabs automatically.

well, i still havent installed vtap. i went to the other thread "Full access to youtube...." and installed that TCMP and the player. so do i still need/want to install vtap?

Honestly, vTap is not my number one source for viewing vids over my ppc. I do highly suggest you going with the "Full access Youtube..." files. You'll have much better search results, a wider selection of sites to select from, and better control over playback with TCPMP then with the embedded player in vTap.
