Overdrive Media console
 

Anyone use Overdrive media console to listen to audiobooks downloaded from the library? I have been trying to get it to work on my Touch Pro using Silence's latest rom. Everytime I try and open a .ODM file I get the error "Unable to get the windows media DRM system information (error 0xC00D2764) required to process licenses".

Anyone have any experience with this software either working or not?

I use it, and I've had issues with it. You have to validate it with Windows Media Player, then transfer it to your phone. I've never tried to download OMC content directly to my phone. Is that what you're trying to do?

Yeah, that is what I'm trying to do. Supposed to be possible I think.

I did a bit of research and it seems like DRM is hosed on all WM6.5 builds :-(

There is only 1 rom that I found that will work correctly is nfsfan's rom at the xda site.

What I have found is that you need lockstream drm install on the rom and it seems the only one that has it in their rom is nfsfan.
