Is WMWifiRouter Down?
 

I just went to open WMWifiRouter and it said my Trial Key has expired ?
Then it asked me to enter my License Key which I don't know where I put it.
I sent them an email to customer support.
I purchased a license a few months ago and never had this issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue. or has had it in the past?
I figure if I enter my License Key, I should be good to go but just checking.
Hopefully I get a timely response from customer support.

UPDATE:
I just found my License Key.
I entered it and I'm back in the game :)

I don't the reason I was prompted for it.
Maybe it is some sort of security protocol on their end.
It has been about 6 months since I purchased it.

why not download the key in .cab from your account page? this way you will have it at the ready when you need it

The problem I had was I had no internet access without WMWifi.
But I was able to access an unsecured connection and view my 6 month old email with the key.
How do I go about doing what you suggest and can I access it from my Diamond?

if you go to your account page on the website you just click on the license key and a .cab will be generated for you to download. whether or not you can do that from your phone i cant say
