10-20-09: GPSWeatherRadar updated to version 2.2.04

3 Attachment(s)
GPSWeatherRadar, created by XDA-Developer AVS777, is a small Windows Mobile application that is able to lock on to a GPS location and give up to date radar, infra red, and satellite views of the current weather. The program will work in most areas of the world that have precipitation radar beacons. Also has radar loop feature.

The program is free and should run on most Windows Mobile 5 and greater devices. The program requires a data connection and an optional integrated GPS chip. GPSWeatherRadar requires .NET 3.5 Compact Framework to be installed. Additionally, visit AVS777 xda page to learn more about the functionality and integretion with titanium weather! Couple pics as well. Give it a go! I didn't see this posted yet but if so please my apologies and will pull it down. thanks guys.

No problem. I am liking this alot! what nice about is I was so tied to the titanium radar panel but frankly got tired of setting it up. I know lazy. LOL. but this is stand alone and has radar loop which is great. I will integrate as well with titanium weather but I am running tf2.1 right now and enjoying it.

I have been looking for an app like this forever. Works great, just in time to check on some thunderstorms that moved through my area.

I wish this could be embedded in titanium weather instead of the radar it comes with.

I used this app today to watch how far ahead of a storm i was on my way to work. I watched it form directly above me, then i outran it and watched it slowly take over my work after i got there. pretty sneaky, sis.

It also works here in Paradise, showing cover on the neighboring islands.

Use the Merge cab and GPS Radar will replace Titanium Radar.
