I'm trying to install a .CAB file on my Fuze, but it says "Installation was unsuccessful. The Program or setting cannont be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions." How do I get around this? I've never seen that error before..

sometimes a soft reset & retry to install works. try doing it before opening up other apps.

it would be quite helpful to know what cab you are trying to install.

I get this message trying to install

TP2_HTC_Album_withSocialNetworking.cab on my Sprint TP1 with EmpiROM installed.

I had this problem once. I don't remember what program I was installing, but someone recommended I exit TF3D and did a soft reset, install the software and it installed fine. Then re-enable TF3D. I assume the software that I was installing was trying to overwrite something currently in use by tf3d.
