Is there a step by step houw to for tray launch? shortcuts

wat tray luncher r u using? I hve PHM-Traylaunch and in that u have to manually enter the location of the programs .exe file (not the shortcut or .ink file) so say u want internet explorer, u would put /Windows/iexplore.exe and if u don't use cap letter or miss a letter then it won't show up.

I have phm traylaunch I'm using helmi 3.5 and I'm guessing with the programs being part of the rom and using the shortcuts or ink files in the start menu isnt working. everytimeI set up a shortcut it say componets missing or certificate. I can find actual program since part of rom
