Calendar apps that have Month View WITH text within the boxes
 

Hey all,

Does anyone know of any decent calendar apps for my Touch Pro that actually have appointment text WITHIN the boxes in the month view. I am not interested in just having the text pop up when the box is selected - I want it to already show...

I have used one on other devices in the past, so I know they exist. I'm sure you know the type of view I am referring to... Also, a decent Today Screen Plugin would be a welcomed bonus!

Look into Pocket Informant 8.

It is very powerful and lets you customize your views to include text in the month view but to be honest- it's too small to be helpful. I use icons instead. It does have a today screen as well I think.

IMHO the text size is fine. I find icons do not do justice to multiple appointments/meetings etc. The text size is adjustable and with word wrap allows a very good overview of your appointments.

I would also recommend SPB Mobile Shell 3. It has its own calendar and appointment viewer, places the next 2 appointments on the professional screen and with a single click allows text based appointment viewing. It is faster to boot than pocket informant for quick checks. All standard edits are made in a regular calendar program though i.e. default calendar.
