Nice to see some replies on this issue... I had posted on it a couple times and wasn't seeing much feedback. I AM a Sprint customer, so that could be the issue right there. It would be a real shame if that was the problem, because I've otherwise been very happy with my plan from them - service might be weak, but the price is right!

It was suggested that maybe it was blocked to try to attempt to have people pay for the extra service, but that would seem weird - I can use Pocket Tunes, Pandora, and Last via Skyfire without any sort of intervention, and I would think they'd work more along the lines of data usage rather than a specific program.

I had written the programmer a week or two ago and he said that he does not actually have the means to formally test it, as it is not free in his country, but that he would try to fix it if he got the time. That said, if others are not running into problems with other networks, there might not be anything to fix at all.

It would be a shame if it were gone... I really enjoyed it... enough so that I will likely just suck it up, get a "premium account" and go through PocketScrobbler. I'd stick to Skyfire, but I tend to listen to it at work, so I want my phone to be in my pocket - untouched.... Skyfire forces my window to stay open.

I have Sprint and it does not work for me. I get the error message: error during streaming no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

i thought it was just me, i was tethering my netbook and last.fm streams weren't working. Then I created a Pandora account and it was streaming fine.

Damn you Sprint!
