Battery Icon missing in SBP Shell
 

Does anyone know of a way that I can have the battery icon up in the main toolbar all the time? I have now started using SPB Mobile Shell and it is not there. I don't want to use their icon on every screen because I can't see it when I text etc.

I have tried to play with the HKLM/software/microsoft/shell/clock..thingy...and tried different values with no success.
I am aware of Vista Battery Guage but its a pain to have to try to turn it on every time I reboot my phone.

advanced config app has a setting to show battery icon. http://www.touchxperience.com/

It says my msn.net framework is too old after trying to downolad that advanced config program (Link above did NOT work) BTW. How to update?

I tried the above mentioned program and it there is still no battery icon in the task bar. I may be doing it wrong but it is just a registry fix for what I was already doing. Any ideas are appreciated!!

first off, i just tried the link and its fine and that is the way i put battery icon on top, your doing something wrong or got a conflict somewhere.

since post is in wrong forum, what ppc you using? a 6900?

Do you have the clock there instead of the battery? If so, go to Start->settings->system->clocks and alarms->more and uncheck 'display the clock on the title bar...'.

Try to download the file from that page. I have used two different computers and it does not work. I have a sprint touch

What setting did you use on the advanced config app? I can't find anything referring to the battery, just the today screen....show power icon
