I suggest OneNoteMobile or WordMobile. works for me for my notes or random thoughts. just ad a * at the begining of stuff you picked up.

I use excel mobile. I add a price column and a sum at the bottom. Helps to know how much you're acutually spending before you get to the register. The wife sends me her list from her 6800 that she types up in the notes program, a little copy and paste magic and it's all done. I just reuse the same spread sheet everytime so I don't have to redo the formulas. All the note entries go into their own cell automatically.

i do the same thing with excel, except i put my totals line at the top and then freeze panes so i can always see how much i'm going to be spending.

I use a combination of what was already stated: One note and Shopping Cart v 4.1. I like OneNote since i can sync it to my computer and vice versa. I use Shopping cart since it saves things in a txt file and does great job of ordering and creating different lists and tasks.

I just use word mobile, and delete the line items after I put the item in my cart. But the excel idea is quite nice.
