Remote control Media center/Hulu Dekstop

I want to be able to control Hulu Desktop from my Touch Pro (Hulu desktop uses same remote as Windows Media Center). What is the best choice of program for this (have both wifi and bluetooth).

Have you considered GRemote from http://gbmsoftware.com/

It's a great program for controlling various aplications or your entire PC.
