Sprint Picks are discontinued AFAIK, they're grandfathered in but what sucks is theat the is no online manager to select who you want to be apart of the "picks." :(

The customer service rep I spoke to last week (when I set up my Pick 3... side note -- didn't know my SERO plan had the option of adding that for free all this time :scratch: ) told me that I can update my Pick 3 numbers any time I want, and it will take effect immediately without any problems whatsoever.

So if you haven't already done so, give them a call, especially if you're on the SERO plan because Pick 3 (as i've come to find out) is free for us SERO users. :)

I've been pondering that myself ever since Sprint added it last week.
I'll call to confirm, but I've been lead to believe that its outgoing only -- SERO plan or not.

Will call tonight to see what they say.

I keep getting a network error when trying to use onedialer.. I put all my info in correctly in the config, but still not working..

Sprint Pick 3 has to be added by retentions not the regular CSR. You can update your numbers anytime with a call to CS but the changes won't be "live" till the next billing cycle.

Yeah, I got my GV# added to my pick 3, it starts August 1. :D

ok, so it looks like the pick3 (sprint2mobile) is 3 per line, and both in/out.
so the ? now is does it matter what CID gv passes on incoming calls? if gv passes the callers info does sprint see it as a call from gv or from that caller?

It is my understanding that GV has to pass it's own CID for it to work with pick3. Passing the callers CID won't do any good if they aren't on your pick3 list.

Well I just called three different times to try to get this and it didn't work. They said they stopped offering this yesterday? I guess I'll wait til 7/31, they seem to give more discounts toward the end of the month. I already have 2 lines on SERO, I'm just worried 500 mins isn't enough for my gf
