What PIM & profile mgmt software do you recommend?
 

I'm in a search mode for a good PIM and profile management app. I don't think there is one that does both, so two would be OK.
I've been using PocketInformant8 and PhoneWeaver for a while, but neither is playing nicely with my WM6.5 ROM. PI8 new releases won't install on a WM6.5 device and PhoneWeaver won't stay running consistently.

What I've tried: PhotoContactsPro[PocketX] & Phone Suite[SPB]. ExtremeAgenda, AgendaFusion & AgendaOne. I tried SPB MobileShell3, but it was before I was using a WM6.5 only ROM. Wasn't to my taste.
I'm considering PointUI Home2Pro. I used to use phoneAlarm, but haven't in a long time.

What I need: PIM needs to have finger scrolling that works with both calendar and contacts. Easy filters and search. The ability to change settings so that I can create templates for appointments and tasks. Seamless integration with POutlook.
Profile manager should have the ability to quickly mute device. Change profiles based on power state, schedule or appointments. Change BT state, volume, vibrate mode and type of sound for system notifications, ringers and SMS/email tones.

What is everyone using? Recommendations? Warnings?:twisted:

A little feedback from my trials: ExtremeAgenda doesn't work. I uninstalled it, but the uninstall left so much stuff on my Diamond, it was unusable. I just had to hard reset after spending a while trying to delete all the leftover links and registry entries.

What happened with ExtremeAgenda? I have it running on my Touch Pro since I got it (last October) and haven't had any problems with it.

It kept hesitating or freezing. Then I started getting graphic "remnants" when I closed it. And it didn't finger scroll on the Agenda view.

I just installed SBSH Calendar Touch and it's exactly what I want... so far.
I like the Contacts view of POutlook, but I also installed PhotoContactsPro to use just for Ringtone & Profile management. If it had finger scrolling capability on its contacts view, I'd use it for that also.
I'm also giving S2U2 v2.01 a shot. So far, it's a vast improvement from v1.62.
