Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
How much memory does this app seem to use? I am not using it and I currently like my setup but just wondering what others have experienced.
Thanks for any info. |
Re: Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
According to TaskMan, SPB Shell 3 takes just under 3MB on my Omnia.

Re: Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
I have no memory issues on my TP with MS3 and Weather Panel..I personally will never go back to TF3D after using MS3..Its much more user friendly, customizable, and snappier in my opinion. Just my two cents!

Re: Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
Thanks for the backup lol...Im just really really pleased with MS3 and I think that everyone should at least give it a try...i mean..TF3D is just....bland and not at all easy to expand upon or customize..

Re: Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
True that man, i can not be driving and finding isht on my TP using TPHUK3D, instead it is super easy with SPB, even 2.0 version was better than TF3D...
Good move NeckRed on highlighting your name, that isht ws so plain...like TF:mrgreen: |
Re: Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
I honestly don't get the appeal of MS3.
I installed it & used it for a month or so switching back & forth occasionally to Merdin's custom red Rodium setup. I originally thought the spinning cube was awesome, but after the novelty wore off I realized it was a totally useless feature that you never actually use. The more I got used to using MS, the less I actually liked it & ended up going back to Rhodium. I still have MS installed, but I never use it & will definitely not bother with it after my next ROM flash. ~John |
Re: Question about SPB Mobile Shell...
I believe it is a matter of personal preference. In my case, I like to have access to emails, gps, Radio, text, calendar......with one click while I am driving or not, and I could never do that with TF. So it is not a matter of look but it is purely functionlity.... look is just a bonus:mrgreen:
