There's a program called taskfacade.
You have to map it to a button on your phone though,
and I use AEButton plus for that.

Taskfacade is not live though,
when you press the button, it takes a screenshot of what the program would look if it were currently on your screen, and shows the different programs in a grid like manner.
It is fully skinnable, if you just search google for it you should be able to find the developer's site with the forum that has all the skins and walkthrough's on how to skin it.
