WM6.5 = No more "frequenters"?
Prior to flashing to 6.5, WM used to let you store up to 7 or 8 program shortcuts under windows\start menu, which would show up in Qmenu under "frequenters". Now that I'm on 6.5, any links put here get blown out upon soft reset and there's also no more link to change the menu items under settings. Anyone know how to restore this functionality?

they must have thought we didnt need it

Re: WM6.5 = No more "frequenters"?
only equivalent is to promote apps to the top of the start menu... they really need a native sorting app!

Auto sorting would be awesome, maybe someone will hack it and make it possible. Anyhow, does quick menu have this feature? If so it may be a good alternative. |

Crap! I did think about an alternative to simply create a folder under Programs called "Frequent" or something like that and then just move my links there.

haha true that would work as well. good thinking.

Re: WM6.5 = No more "frequenters"?
i miss it also. Although, "recent" in the quickmenu menu works fairly well.

You could also use the CLaunch plugin which allows you to quick launch five different apps like the programs tab in TF3D. There is a thread here that will link to the cab but I can post it as well if someone is interested.

Also, you really could have more if you want. It's a matter of adding the pages to the registry. I plan on doing this soon one day... Along with my left soft key mods. If I don't get to those tonight, I'll do them tomorrow after work for sure. |

Or change the name of your program favorites by placing a 1 in front and they will show first under programs with QuickMenu
