RSS software

What is everyone using for getting there RSS feeds?

Been looking on the net and seen PocketRSS, but last update for it was 6/2006 so not sure if I want to go with software that is over a year old or not.

SPB Insight is another one that I am looking at as well.

Any votes for others?

i'm using Egress and can't be happier. Does anyone know how to keep the rss list constantly synced. Like, if I find an RSS feed while surfing the web I woud like to be able to add a channel without exporting/importing ompl files everytime.
