Nue Package Installer?

A search for this brought up 14 threads & no file. :(
Nue's site's app column also turned up nothing..](*,)

I'm looking for this in .cab form only, so no thanks for any kitchen recommendations.

If it even exists in this form...

yeah from what i remember you do need to install the base tools 1st, then package installer :thumbright:
