Tried it and the icons were too big (see attached). I resized them to 32x32, soft reset, even deleted them from the Windows directory altogther, soft reset, with the same results. Nothing changed.

I agree, I'm always surprised when I remember you're 13, I couldn't begin to figure this out at 46.

I'm willing to help with tests and feed back. BTW I really don't care that I can't skin the buttons, I just wanted to try when I was reading about the qvga issue. The app works perfectly otherwise and I find myself going to it more and more when I initially rarely cruised the forums on my Diamond.

Hello from XDA-Developers,

We love the fact that you made an app for the PPCGeeks forum, but we want to do the same thing with our XDA-Devs forum too! So, I was wondering if you could release the source code for your app or if you could just send me the source code and then we could get a developer over at XDA to make an app for our forum. Both forums run on the vBulletin framework, so it should be easy to port it over. Please consider helping us with this!! Our forum at XDA-Devs that is dedicated to the building of the forum app is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...83#post3868083

I look forward to hearing your response!

Re: PPCGeeks APP v1.0

Hey Hibby I just wanted to thank you again for this great app!! I use it exclusively now to check the site from my Vogue. It works so much faster than using a browser to access the regular site. Also, it really uses a lot less battery than using skyfire or opera. I have used it so much that I don't really mind that the icons at the top look funny. I do wish there was a fix though. Or maybe a way to put different icons up there. If you do update this app in the future I do agree with one of the previous posts about adding a thanks button. Also it would be cool to have a back button as well to go to the previous screen. The only bug I found on 6.1 was the QReply link takes me back to the forums category page (like hitting the second icon on top from the left) but otherwise the app works flawlessly!! I even made a link for it on my touch cube. Thanks again for your hard work on this! Keep up the good work. Maybe you can show those guys over at xda how to make one for them so they can get their $hit together! :)

Re: PPCGeeks APP v1.0

Here's something fun too.. if you follow a link (IE to xda) the pages open up right in the app browser so they are as fast/easy too..

Here's hoping that over time perhaps there could be a merged program that allows you to browse both XDA and PPCGeeks all in one app!

In the meantime, Great app! Thanks

It is a standalone application to access PPC Geeks, much like there are dedicated Twitter apps, Facebook apps, etc.. Just makes it easy instead of dealing with Opera Mobile..

I have yet to test this, as I have a qvga device and I'm waiting for the icon fix, but I can see the benefit in it though.

Are you serious? Isnt opera mini 4.2 the most used browser? That thing is super fast. But I used IRIS 1.7 more than anything. Operamini4.2 I use when I need info fast.

But if you guys dont know.... 9.7 is really a combo of mini and 9.5

Ya I used Opera Mini all the time on my Vogue but Iv never been satisfied with the size on my VGA Diamond, Even set at extra large it still seems small, Font size and Pic size.
