Network Speed application
 
I was wondering if an application exists that would tell me the speed of whatever network I am connected to (1x, EVDO, WIFI etc.) at that given time. Kinda like speedtest.net but in a standalone app.

PocketSpeedTest is a windows mobile application to check your cellular packet link speed or hotspot speed. PocketSpeedTest downloads a 1MB file in order to test your connection speed so be aware of costs, you’d better test your connection with an unlimited data plan.

agreed love this app, and it always seems pretty accurate!

not too accurate to me on that app im on 1x and tells me im going 2 mps lol

Huh?:???: What are mps? You mean MB per second, as in MegaBytes? Or Mb, as in Megabits. Are you connected to wifi?
