Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
Thanks for the heads up on this browser. However I don't know that it will be available as a retail product here in the U.S. anytime soon. It has potential for sure, but quite a few bugs to work out yet in my opinion. Besides, I'm sure Skyfire will continue to have a few tricks up their sleeve with each new release. I have faith in their project so far and give them props for attempting to satisfy the needs and wants of the mobile community.
Be careful Darren. |
Its called Mach5,and it plays video like skyfire with a more refined look.Check it out while its still free. http://wmpoweruser.com/?p=4291
WMPowerUser was actually following a posting from...me (DavidK)...well FuzeMobility: http://www.fuzemobility.com/mach5-web-browser-preview/ There are more screenshots of it on FuzeMobility and a bit more of a description on some of the features that they did not pick up. I don't know how long it will last for but it does have a few really nice features. |

Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
works great... I love the black color theme... performance, options and interface get two thumbs up... but whats slightly similar to skyfire the short delay on downloading bottom half of certain webpages... overall good stuff hope to see alot more of it...

Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
Greetings. Yesterday when i registered on netacceler, i also emailed them asking about prices and releaae dates. Frederick Chow from Mach 5 responded back this morning, saying "when mach 5 goes commercial next month, it'll be available to purchase in Hong Kong, and some other countries in Asia".
