Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
Thanks Dahlem, you rock! I dont know how you did it, I still couldn't get it to load. Thanks again!
Edit: It is the right version, but the browser itself is giving me a connection error like the other posters. I noticed that their site had said the trial ends in June, so they are probably in the process of getting it working for the pay version. I guess we'll just have to wait! |
Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
FYI - I emailed customer service about an hour ago and already recieved a response. They asked what model of phone I have. I have the Sprint Touch Pro running Energy ROM 6.5
What models and ROM does everyone else have here that are getting the error message... What models and ROM does everyone else have here that are NOT getting the error message... |
Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
Looks good, if only Skyfire was as smooth as the Pre/Safari browser it would be awesome.

Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
Bastards, I sent them an email this afternoon, still no response lol. Oh well anyway, I have a samsung omnia i910, with the leaked beta rom CC20 installed. I get this error saying network connection error or something like that. Let us know what they say, thanks!

Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
Using websites is like panning for gold. I have had a OS WM 6.1 system for only a month and I have been searching for an alternative to the flash Adobe 10.1 mobile (that still doesn't exist). After weeks I first stumble across Skyfire 1.5 which is great but now I just put in the Mach5 browser. It is terrific and works wonders with flash player (except for Hulu). It costs and so far I have not figured out how to buy it. With this program and the right tweaks, my HTC Touch Pro 2 is now running circles around my iPhones. And I have been using and programming iPhones for 4 years.

Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
I just tried the demo, it looks like Hulu *would* work on it, but the proxy server is in China, so you can't use it.

Re: Mach5: New Mobile browser
should be called Mach0.0000000000000000000000000000000001 as this is how fast it is. It's about as fast at opera "turbo" aka very slooooow.
