it did seem correct, though it did drop now and then i think mostly due to pocketshield interrupting...but the final destination wasent even close
ive since messed wtih the ps options so it doesent lock on idle...but the gps destination was off for sure

Hi!

I've just installed WM6.5 on my HTC Diamond, and I'm trying to install Garmin Mobile XT.

It installs ok, but when I run the program, it closes after a few seconds and I get this message:

ERROR: Assert failed at utl_cnv_time.c : 707 in PVT main with error 0

Has anyone had the same error? Any idea what could it be?

I have run Mobile XT on a 6.5 rom on my Touch Pro 1 I had, but since I have now gotten a TP2, I havent flashed a 6.5 rom to it yet. But it ran great on my 6.5 TP I had a month or so ago.

Hi, I was on a trip yesterday and using Garmin Mobile XT with my Sprint Touch Pro 2 on Juicy's R3 2.5 ROM...the program appears to work fine, but twice during the course of driving, a phone call came in, and I got a message that GPS was off and it caused an exception error...I had to soft reset while driving, which fixed the program, but could be problematic in instances where you have to make a series of quick turns...when emails or texts came in, I was able to correctly ignore them and the Garmin screen would pop back up and function normally...

Has anybody else experienced this with calls? Is there a fix or setting I need to change?

i have the sprint tp2 it has wm 6.1 cooked, i also have garmint xt with the grey gps that sits on dash. can we get the internal gps to work? and does the 6.5 flash cause the announce incoming feature to work

not me, i've gotten calls while using navigation & it just resumed navigating as soon as the call was completed & phone was closed.

I have never had this happen mine always comes right back up and continues to work.
