Threaded SMS Question (Solved)
 

Here's the problem:

When my wife sends me a text message from her 700wx it shows up on my 700wx in the non-threaded text program (it displays in the default text program).

If I respond to her message in the threaded program her responses back to me will be now be in the threaded program as normal.

Texts from other people arrive and are displayed on my phone in the threaded program.

Like I said we both have the 700wx and both have the threaded text app.

This whole thing started about 1 week ago and neither one of us has made any changes to our phones within that time.

Any thoughts?

try reinstalling the program. With a correct install, you shouldnt even SEE the regular text program. Which version do you have? Beta4 was the last release before the pull.

Same thing happens to me Coz, ive done the reinstall, heck ive even hard reset, still happens on occasion (its mainly only when its a new message from that person).

The only other thing I suggest is to turn off the noitfy of the old text message and disable screen pop on the palm test message.

Ok...I installed Beta5 and that seems to have so far (keeping my fingers crossed) cleared up the problem.

I did in fact have the regular text program available before installing Beta5. However Beta5 has removed it.
