It loads faster and works pretty well. However, why don't they include a facebook chat?

CHANGES:

• Lower bandwidth usage compared to before.
• 0.14, my messaging page didn't work at all. Now, inbox works, sent box doesn't.
• Facebook now reflects a status message when you install that app. "...has installed Facebook for Windows Mobile".
• This app is not modified by PPCGEEKS, but is a straight out-of-6.5 app developed by Microsoft.

Also note, if you had the earlier 0.14 version, you'll need to uninstall it. Because this new 0.16 version simply installs as a new and different app thereby leaving you with two Facebook apps.

Looks like they're concentrating on making the basic Facebook work for everyone, stability, etc. Bells and whistles like alerts, chat, comments (wall/pictures/status) will probably be added later once they confirm every basic Facebook functionality works.

Still goes crazy because I'm roaming... I'm always roaming so when, if ever, will it not asking me a million times "if it's OK to use when roaming"?

Has anyone fixed this? Unless I switch to "Local Only" on my network, I can't use this... :(

You have to log out and back in (or just don't save your password).

Installed properly...and app runs. Am on a custom 6.5 ROM. Pictures displaying properly, everything updated with no problems so far...

Been using the app on and off since the last version but the fact that you cannot see comments or leave comments with it makes it pretty much useless for me. I'm really looking forward to that feature to be added.

not to be a douche but no its not the same link you posted to the gizmodo link. This is an update and we've known about the ver 0.14. This was one of the few apps available from the microsoft app store that was kind of ripped from there. This is just an update of that app. Since it wasn't on here I posted it
