Application Load Animation
 

I have been searching the forums with no luck finding a program that animates applications as they load ie. windows vista, or the iphone/iphone themes. I am very big on presentation on my phone and I don't like opening a program and it suddenly appears. I don't care if it pulls up from the bottom of the screen like in vista, or if it comes out of the middle of the screen like on the iphone, or anything else as long as it looks good. I'm just looking to add a little more polish to my phone. I've seen it done before in videos of iphone themes but I want to stick to SM3 and have my launching apps look as good as the shell. Thanks!
