It's an update to their mobile browser.

Just hours after the Ucweb 6.5 beta chinese official release, here is the english translation of Ucweb 6.5 beta java by me . Enjoy this all new Ucweb 6.5 beta java with cool new features.

New features(Google Translate)
1) A new auto-refresh function from time to time;
2) Download Block feature
3) A new fast and prompt operation;
4) The support page to send text messages (similar to telephone calling features page)

Function optimization
1) Using the new name of "UC browser" (do not overwrite the old version);
2) Optimization of S40 mobile phone to deal with initialization (CMNET);
3) Optimization of smart web site to increase the completion bbs;
4) Optimization of operations (in response to touch screen, long press the navigation cursor processing).

Bug Fixes
1) Touch screen mobile phone can not use the shortcut in the bookmarks menu interface;

I have uploaded ucweb 6.5 beta with english server and also with chinese server, the Ucweb 6.5 beta based on english server is not complete i.e if u open some sites like google, orkut, facebook etc you might be getting the chinese versions by default, but the startpage is english.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I just don't get why we need so many threads about this. It'd be nice to keep em all in one place instead of making new threads for each incremental change:

Although the cab there (v6.3.3.28 ) has a different name than the one you posted here, it is v6.3 as well. Santod maybe you could find and post the changelog here as well, since you keep insisting on hijacking threads.

You guys shouldn't be so touchy about who started what thread, c'mon. I usually post only what I can't find a thread for. I slip sometimes, or feel a major update deserves it's own new thread, forgive me, I'm an evil lil' bastard, I know. For real, read the last post in the link I attached and maybe you'll see my point of view. Probably not, considering how angry of a person you seem to be. Really? Are you really trying to start something with me? Especially after the op has apologized.

He could have been helpful by posting his review of the app in the current thread we already had here to which I provided links.

Why the f**k are you getting on me for? Especially when this isn't the first time the op, who you are backing, has made this very same mistake. Get you facts straight bud. Also, I was nice about it AND provided links to the other posts and reviews. I could have been an a**hole and told him just to search and really been a jerk. I even made a suggestion of how to improve his post: post the changelog from the v6.3 we already has posted.

@Santod I have zero beef with you. It's great that we have people like you here that scour the net to find apps to share with others. Hell, I'm even one of those people. Just please go about it in the right way from now on. I've even had to call you out on this before, so by know you should know better. Do what Nuguy said. Post in the previous thread letting the op know about the new version. Then if it's not updated in a couple days, fine make your own thread. Don't just be a "Thanks" hunter.

Maybe you don't really understand how forums work either. So, here, I'll try to help you out as well. There is a heavy emphasis here a ppcgeeks on maintaining a clean, concise forum. It's one of the main reasons why this place is so great. So, when there are 6 different threads about one topic, it confuses people. There should be one thread about each app, so others can find out all the info in one place. Makes everything run smoother.

I wasn't completely appologizing there man, but close enough. I am not a Thanks Hunter as you say. Especially since people clicking the word thanks on my posts is not what really matters to me, does it have a secret value that I'm unaware of or do you feel thanks are being stolen from you or something? I don't quite get your angle, but I'm not too concerned.

I should know better by now since you have gotten on me before???? Are you kidding me?? Get off me already then. Find a new focus for your purpose on here. I see duplicate posts and redundant questions on here all the time and I suck it up and actually just help point them to the software they desire or simply answer their question again, and life goes on! Chilllll Out dude!

Na, I couldn't care less about the thanks. You're definitely not stealing them from me. Honestly, and I'm being completely serious here, I've even thought about pm'in you about an app I thought was helpful and letting you post it if you wanted to. (but on the 2 occasions I've gone to do this, I found that someone else had just posted it)

That is the God's honest truth. I already follow so many apps myself, that's it's hard to keep up with them all sometimes. It is hard work and a time consuming process keeping the community updated with apps and trying to answer any questions they may have. I feel OP's should follow up with their apps, and I'd thought you'd appreciate it to better assimilate into the community.

You're right. I shouldn't try to be constructive and helpful in my posts. I guess I could just report em as duplicates every time you make one. I'd just hate to have to do that though. Santod, you got some real potential here to be a great asset to the community. If you don't want other's advice, then don't take it. Just dont' attack them for it when they are trying to be helpful. Ooops, my bad, I just tried to offer another piece of advice. I guess we know what's coming next.
