Is there a WM Based Application for Converting Audio Formats? Or is the onlly option doing it thruaA website or on a desktop?

Interesting, but not quite the thing I'm looking to use. I am looking for a program that will, for example, convert an mp3 file to a wav file format, but do it on the WM PPC.
