is there a wqvga without arrows? and were are the links for the skins? sorry for the stupidity just got an omnia and just getting into all of this

Hey all,

I am using the stock white ice skin from the Giannis86 Arrow VGA version.... Now, I can see the skin-01-predtxt.txt file, etc in the program directory - but I can't figure how to access these shortcuts from the keyboard.... The "TxT" button on the keyboard doesn't seem to activate anything. I have been reading around, but haven't found a solution yet... My shortcut, and smiley buttons work just fine as they are supposed to, however....

Is there a OEM version of the keyboard without arrows in QVGA that I can use to cook?

This is probably a simple question but....I haven't yet figured out the answer. I just downloaded and installed FingerKeyb-2.1.408 VGA by Giannis86.cab on my sprint HTC Touch Diamond.

I can't find the forward slash key i.e. /
I found the numeric keyboard but it only has a backslash \
Is there a user's guide somewhere? I read the FAQ but it doesn't explain how to use it. I'm new to the HTC Touch and new to windows mobile and also new to FingerKeyboard so it's a pretty big learning curve.

Hi,

first TXT shortcuts don't work with all resolutions (work with VGA but not with WVGA by ex) because it's an extra feature made by Giannis so only available on Giannis versions.

If you've got a Giannis version like in VGA, it should work and I suppose that you 've disabled this feature into option menu : at the bottom of the languages list you have pred txt to tick

hi,

you can edit the file "skin-02-vga-port-01-digits.txt" or try the one I made for french layout HERE : don't worry, you're not gonna have a french language because the digits layout is common to all languages. There are 2 versions of digits : Arrows (w/dock) or NoArrows (w/out dock) because there is a bug when you have the arrows twice into digits layout.

Check in Claukin's kitchen and pull the OEM. Last time I checked it had QVGA no arrows files included in the VGA OEM.
