Convert sounds on phone how ?

Is there anyway to convert sounds saved from messages such as qcp and amr to mp3 on the windows mobile device. i have not been able to find anything.

You can try to get them to your computer, then convert them to WAV files to be used on your phone

I know how to convert them on my computer but i need the app for a friend who doesnt know how and just wants to convert them on his phone
