MWC3 (Marshall WaitCursor 3) is an application that replaces the default Windows Mobile WaitCursor. It is not a way to skin the existing one (shellres.96.dll), but it is a standalone application that offers a new concept of wait cursors.

Note: Uninstall older versions of MWC before installing this.

New features in MWC3.0

• New "Finger Friendly" Graphical interface for the configuration tool.
• Added the compatibility with smartphones and any other non-touchscreen device
• Added support for the hardware softkeys for the configuration tool
• The configuration tool now supports EVERY screen resolution
• Added the Autostart option
• Added the cursor timeout
• Added a new option "StartDelay" as a global parameter. When the cursor has to be shown, it will wait this delay first. Use it if you see the cursor even for "easy and quick" operations.
• Changed the extension for all the cursors to .mwc3 since those files have now a different structure
• Added a counter to show the current cursor number over the total cursors number (for example 7/12)
• Changed the code to launch MWC3: this should eliminate the "Error locating process" message
• Fixed an occational bug where the application freezed at the splash screen
• Fixed a mistake that caused MWC3 not to unload properly
• Added an icon for the MWC3 folder in the Start Menu

Main features

• Transparent WaitCursor
• Change the cursor on the fly (no need to reboot)
• Create your own wait cursor
• Define your favourite cursor parameters

- Interval between frames
- Delay before starting the animation
- Position on the screen
- Possibility to loop to a non-first frame (like in gif animations)
- Start the animation from where it stopped or always from the beginning
- Possibility to refer to an already loaded frame without reloading the image

i jumped the gun and installed without reading so i had mwc2 installed while installing this so now i get an error on the new version, can i just unstall all and reinstall the new 1
