Alarm Application request
 

Is there a program out there which will countdown from like 1 or 3 minutes and then sound an alarm when complete... then possibly pause for 30 secs and then countdown again ...

sort of like a timer with an alarm that can be used with boxing ....

so it counts down the rounds and alerts u when the round is over....
