Is there text message download software out there?
 

I have a pretty long threaded text message on my touch that id like to download to my phone. Is there any software out there that could accomplish this?

PowerSMS will allow you to export the entire contents of your inbox into a CSV file. Its pretty cheap (around $10) but in my opinion, the best app for such a task.

Ok now does anyone happen to have an app to open a csv file lol. Pocket excel won't do it... found an app called spread em but can't find a cab

regular excel does. not sure why pocket excel wouldn't

i use a program called windows moble sms sync. it will export all your messages to a cvs file. it also comes with a desktop app to view the cvs file if you dont have excel. best of all its free. i believe the website is www.brianhama.com

i am also looking for an app to open the cvs file on my phone but havent had any luck.
