Xda developers have done it again.....(just passing it along)

tested on my Sprint Touch Pro using Silence ROM 3. (sys build 210xx).
(YOU NEED Sys build 21000 or later to work) FOR VGA Devices
1. HTC Notification manager from Rhodium. (bugs: some notifications are not catched by it).

How do you find the build date? On the "About" screen?

Yes, you find the build on the "About" screen.

Well, once I get a notification... when I click the notification all it does is remove the notification, doesn't actually go to the item...

Is that how it's supposed to work? If so, strange design.

I think it is still a bug...hopefully over at xda they can fix it up soon...
