I made an OEM for this a while ago, its in the nick folder on the ftp.

thanks for this app, thanks for the link fix... sooo much nicers to use this keyboard than the small crappy one that comes w/ the phone. I just installed it and followed ur steps, the only thing that i had to do was, when the keyboard popped up, i had to change it to HappyTappingKeyboard (by selecting the little '^' and selecting HappyTappingKeyboard) other than that, everything on ur instruction was point in... thanks u sooo much.

It worked!!!! Sweet.... Man what language is that skin selector written in though? All I get is a bunch of boxes where the text is supposed to go...

i wish it blew the letters up bigger like the iphone u can barely see hte ones ur tapping

Yea i was thinking the same. I know the keys do get better when u tap on them, but I wish they would b a little bit bigger so u don't have to stare to make sure u hit the key. Also if it stayed big for a second, maybe even 1/2 a second longer. But over all the keyboard is still kicka$$.... although it takes up just a little bit more screen space than the original keyboard, but i still prefer the iphone style keyboard.

everything installed ok but my keyboard is very plain looking not like above pic. when I try to change it to vga from qvga nothing happens. anyone know why this is happening

i don't think ur suppose to change it from qvga to anything. Depending on the phone u have, either the qvga or the vga will work, for ex: i have the xv6700 and i've installed the qvga, and it works fine for me. The only thing i have to change (in the beginning) is from the default windows keyboard to the iPhone keyboard via the little '^' right next to the keyboard simple on the bottome taskbar... hope that helps.
