The only difference should be is that the "down arrow" is operational in this one.

The cab in the 1st post didn't have this working AFAIK.

lilhgarcia, The notification cab on the XDA thread from your 1st post has been updated too, it also works now. :D

Try it out. The OP from there has played with the file.

I keep an eye on his "edit comments" since he (dharvey4651) doesn't post changelogs.

I attached it, however I do recommend having an XDA-devs login, its well worth it visiting our GSM cousins.

i have one... just not much need to go over there very often. however when i did go over there and look i just noticed that he has 2 threads with identical titles... the part that was throwing me off was that the first post didnt say that the file was recently edited... so i kept overlooking that it was the file. :mrgreen:

i cant seem to get the enhanced reminder bubble to show........ (second screenshot/ first post) i always get old school Windows Mobile bubbles, am i the only one with this issue?? besides that, everything is running awesome on mighty 4.13

so far the bubble only shows for certain things for me like when i tried to pair my BT and it was still partially cut off... but the notification screen shows perfect after i have a missed call ect.

With just the notification cab installed, the text message notification gets cut off. Looks like it is still rendering to a WVGA screen. Calendar events and Missed calls work ok.

his latest rom for the touch pro has both included. the default settings for the menu enhancement need a bit of tweaking, but they both run great.

I will try and let you know. I tried making an oem and am getting hiv errors so I will try to install the cab after flashing

Update it works but wait fails is when selecting the notification. It does not go to sms or email is just clears the notification.

Still require 21000+ SYS? I'm using 20771 (most stable I've found so-far and as fast as 21018). I've heard there may be a shortcut to make it work with < 21000 (adding a folder in \Windows or something like that).

Also, I assume this is VGA - just want to confirm.

A 21000+ gwes is the only thing requiered to make it work, I haven't really looked for a hack since I'm on 21038 but I do know it's dependant on the gwes only as I have had it running on a 21038/19974 build I was playing with. And yes, it's for VGA as that screenshot is from my Diamond

Hummm, I could try replacing the gwes from a 21018 build (meaning I'd have all 20764/20771 except for gwes) - but there is at least a reasonable chance this will lock my phone and I'll have to hard reset.

That's what happened to me. Safest thing to do is backup everything via spb backup, then flash your rom to a 21000 or higher build (a stock rom is floating around with this build) then restore everything with spb.

Both Noficatation and Menu are working fine on MightyROM

I suggest flashing to mightyROM and download his version of of the Menu

He's also working on TF3D2

This works but the position of the notification is way off. The bottom of it appears in the center of the screen, so text message notifications fit, but calendar reminders get cut off at the top of the screen because it's so far up. The original one is cut off on the bottom. Is there a version of this enhancement that actually fits correctly? I'm running a diamond on grooveROM 4 wm6.1
