Program to alter vibrate setting?

I am looking for a program that will alter the intensity and/or length of the vibrate setting on my Treo 700wx. Also perhaps a vibrate then ring option as well. Right now the vibrate setting is too short for my SMS and email notifcations. Any help will be great. Thanks.
