Disable alarms during calls

I know PhoneAlarm offers the option to disable alarms during calls... it either stops them till u hangup or provides a small tone during your conversation ... instead of playing the tone right in your ear....

I didn't want to install another application just for that one feature... is it possible to perform the above with a registry hack?

+1 on wanting this. So annoying to have repeating reminder/alarm noises played at full blast into your ear while you're on the phone w/ someone.
