LMFAO! I wasnt doing anything too illegal. My friends and i were skateboarding and biking at some private factories with violators will be prosecuted signs, and a guy came out and said leave or im calling the cops. We stayed... until the cops did come. We booked and once we were clear i got a text with that siren and fell off my bike. needless to say i do not use that anymore.

Okay so I found a way...sort of. I can create the sounds at will, but not based upon the G Sensor. Instead it is based upon removing the stylus and putting it back in.

I used Kia's Stylus Control (found here) and I linked a sound as the program when you take out or put the stylus in your phone. Unfortunately it actually launches a program to play the file instead of just playing it like a warning or ring tone. But still had the same effect in my last meeting that I was looking for, would have been cooler if I had done it by way of my G Sensor but it is a step in the right direction.

I will tell you once I did it the meeting completly derailed and everyone just wanted to play with my phone. LOL

My thought was maybe someone who has way more talent than me (that leaves a huge playing field) could leverage the power of the G-sensor in the HTC diamond so that when you move the phone in an up and down motion it would make the same sound (same principal as the light saber program) and then when it is moved left to right it would "fire".

I don't know how difficult this would be and I don't know if anyone else would have an interest, but I thought it was worth sharing....any thoughts?

Dont know if this is what you want? - V1 of the app for you. Still very shoddy (VGA Screen not recognised), but youshould all get the general idea. Hopefully it will be improved on when I have time. - unzip it to a folder on your SD card/Storage area and run the .exe. - Has been tested on a Touch Diamond and it works ok for a first version.

Enjoy;

Mike.

Pretty sweet, a little buggy but does what it's supposed to.

YEAH!!!

That's pretty good! That was the basic concept. Is a little buggy, but works. I would love to see it so that the gun does not "rack" directly after it fires. But only when you move the phone up and down (vertically). I was thinking it would fire when you move the phone horizontally. (if you wanted my opinion)

But I like it!! I think it has some great potential.

Thanks Mike!!

Updated version - Should be less sensitive to movement and also include vibrate effect for the pump action and fire.

Mike.
