MMS problem

i have the arsoft MMS program, and ive used with no problems. then one day it gives me an error when i try to send a picture. it says that the 23kb from the picture exceeds my 0kb limit?
anyone know why its doing this?

i tried downloading arcsofts latest MMS program and it didn't even work. so i just downloaded sMMS and its working fine.
