Custom Pocketshield Theme

I posted a new theme I made for Pocketshield on their site and thought I would share it with my fellow geekers as well! Should anyone care you can find it here:

I downloaded some themes how can I install them.. I ran all the cab files but cant find the option to change the themes.. :( helpp pleaseee .. thx

I see all the themes have been installed under the s folder.. but how do I change it guys?? need help please... thx
