i installed it on my computer then theres 3 rar folders, duno wat to do with them.

Download the .zip file to your pc and unzip it. Inside should be a .CAB file. Do not unzip this one. Transfer the .CAB file to your phone. Use file explorer to navigate to the .CAB on your phone. Run the .CAB file to install.

I never use it before but looks like an exe file so you will have to do it from your PC using Actvie Sync..

Another alternative is to use mypyramid.gov

No, it's not a program on your phone, but you can set up a diet plan and access it from any internet terminal, and it'll keep track in a similar way to My Pocket Diet, which as you've noted is not a free program.

Unfortunately, the database of all these programs seems to be the weakest point. There's food items you can't quite find. I use thedailyplate.com to look up more obscure or specialized things, but again, you have to pay to have full functionality.
