It won't backup the entire ROM as far as I know, just ALL Your settings and files that you have changed in the ROM. YOu would likely still have to reflash to the rom you are on now, then do a restore.

(Correct me if I am wrong on this)

SPB Backup is a great app though and you will definitely love it. Other thing to note is that it of course compresses the backup, so the backup size can be deceiving.

Okay cool. I was wondering because I was like... my Opera cache is 50MB... lol.

So is there a way to just restore my PIM data if I switch ROMs?
